Welcome to our New Location!

Happy Chinese New Year from Adirondack Integrative Health! In this auspicious Year of The Snake, Adirondack Integrative Health is continuing to grow to serve our clients better. Starting March 1st of this year, we will be operating out of our NEW location just up the road at The Outpost, 55 Barn Rd, Suite 202, across the hall from High Peaks Dental! In addition to Acupuncture care from Kim Verstringhe L.Ac. and Chiropractic care from Dr. Celeste Gabai, we will be adding Massage Therapy to the list of services we offer! Adirondack Integrative Health is excited to welcome Diane Minutilli LMT, who will be offering Orthopedic, Therapeutic, and Swedish massage among other types of bodywork at our new location.

At Adirondack Integrative Health, your health and wellness is our highest priority and it is because of this ongoing commitment to your wellbeing that we strive to give you the best care possible. Our new location will provide a much more peaceful setting in a more clinical environment with the same high quality care that you have come to trust and expect from our practitioners. Adirondack Traditional Acupuncture & TCM

Kim J. Verstringhe, B.P.S., M.S., L.Ac., is a graduate of The School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY.  She has also completed a Clinical Internship Program in Traditional Chinese Medicine at The Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine located in Hangzhou, China.  Kim has a strong and experienced background in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) which she can utilize to treat a wide variety of ailments such as (but not limited to) pain management, gynecology, dermatology, smoking cessation, stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, digestive disorders and weight loss. She also runs the Acupain(tm) clinic specifically for the treatment of pain utilizing Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. Prior to founding Adirondack Integrative Health, and Adirondack Traditional Acupuncture, Kim owned and operated two successful TCM & Acupuncture centers in Maine, has been practicing since 2007 and is board certified by NCCAOM, the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

Lake Placid Chiropractic

Welcome Dr. Celeste Gabai, M.S., D.C., ATC and her practice, Lake Placid Chiropractic to her new office her at Adirondack Integrative Health!

Celeste Gabai, M.S., D.C., ATC, is graduate from Life University in Marietta GA as a Doctor of Chiropractic and with a Masters degree in Sport Health Science. She has been a certified athletic trainer for over 10 years- working with both male and female athletes in many different sports (contact and non-contact), and ranging in competitiveness from high school to professional levels. She has post doctoral training as a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner, and a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physican. She is experienced treating extremity conditions and dysfunctions, and family chiropractic care. She also incorporates soft tissue work and rehabilitation protocols in her treatment plans, and enjoys working with people of all ages to attain their health goals- in whatever facet they choose. She is a second generation chiropractor and is a native of the garden state of New Jersey.
